What do I need if I am purchasing land?

Generally, you would need to have a title search and a valuation done in the property.

The title search shows what is called the root of title and the valuation is necessary to ascertain what are the stamp duty taxes that the purchaser must pay for the property or if the purchaser would be exempted from paying Stamp Duty taxes.
