Shivanna Kitwaroo is an Attorney-at-Law with a strong academic background and a wide-ranging legal practice. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with honours from the University of London (UK) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies with distinction from Staffordshire University (UK).

Her expertise includes the enforcement of judgments and civil litigation, covering areas like false imprisonment, personal injury, and defamation. She also practices in family law, employment & labor law, medical negligence, intellectual property, commercial and corporate law, and commercial debt collection.

A member of Resolution UK, Ms. Kitwaroo promotes a collaborative, non-confrontational approach to legal disputes, particularly in family law. She is also the Co-Founder of Preserving Art, Tradition, and Heritage in Trinidad and Tobago (PATH TT), an organization dedicated to protecting the intellectual property rights of the country’s traditional arts and heritage.
